What You’ll Need:
A black or white candle (black for banishing negativity, white for general cleansing)
A fireproof bowl or cauldron
A small piece of paper
A pen (black or red ink works best)
Sage, palo santo, or incense for cleansing
A small dish of salt (for protection)
Steps:
Prepare Your Space:
Cleanse your space with sage, palo santo, or incense.
Light your candle and set the intention of release.
