I am very much an Earth sign and really connect with earth…anything that connects me to nature… I love that smell in the air before a storm comes…the small of fresh dirt…it’s so grounding and energizing for me. So of course I love any spellwork that connects me to nature.

I began diving deeply into witchcraft as a way to support my healing journey with Generalized Anxiety and Panic Disorder—conditions I’ve lived with since being diagnosed at just six years old.

I struggled deeply with the death of a very close relative at a young age, and I didn’t yet have the tools to understand or process that kind of loss. While GAD runs genetically on my father’s side of the family, I believe this early grief is what awakened my anxiety and panic disorder.
