Circle of Light: A Spell for Spiritual Protection

You will need:

• A white candle (for purity and protection)

• A black candle (for banishing negativity)

• A small bowl of salt (for grounding and warding)

• A clear quartz crystal (for amplifying protective energy)

• Sage, incense, or cleansing spray (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare Your Space: Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. If desired, cleanse your space with sage, incense, or a protective spray to remove any lingering negativity.

Set Your Intention"  Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths. Hold the clear quartz in your hands and visualize a bright, protective light surrounding you like a shield. Whisper:

"I stand within my sacred light, Protected now by day and night. No harm shall cross this space of mine, With love and strength, I set this sign."

Light the Candles :  Place the white candle on your right and the black candle on your left. Light the black candle first and say: "All darkness, fear, and harm untrue, I cast away, I banish you."

Next, light the white candle and say: "With love and light, my soul stands free, No harm nor shadow shall touch me."

Create the Circle of Light: Sprinkle salt around yourself in a small circle, reinforcing your spiritual boundary. As you do, visualize the salt glowing with a warm golden light, forming a barrier that repels negativity.

Charge Your Protection: Hold the clear quartz over the flames of both candles (be mindful of the heat) and say: "Stone of power, clear and bright, Shield me now with sacred light. Let no ill wish or dark intent, Pass this space where love is sent."

Seal the Spell:  Place the quartz near your front door, under your pillow, or wear it as jewelry for continued protection. Let the candles burn safely for a while, then extinguish them in gratitude.

To close, say: "This spell is cast, strong and true, Protection stays in all I do. So it is, and so shall be."

Aftercare: If you feel spiritually drained or exposed later, repeat this spell or carry a small amount of salt or black tourmaline with you for added protection.
