10 Tips to Remember When You’re Feeling Low

1. Remember that tough times don’t last forever. This too shall pass.

2. Lean on your support system – friends, family, or even a therapist. You don't have to go through anything alone.

3. Practice self-care, even if it’s something as simple as taking a hot bath or going for a walk.

4. Reflect on past challenges you’ve overcome to remind yourself of your strength and resilience. Keep a journal this can help when reflecting back!

5. Set small, achievable goals to help you feel a sense of accomplishment, no matter how big or small.

6. Be kind to yourself. It’s okay to not be okay sometimes. Give yourself the grace to feel your emotions.

7. Stay present in the moment. Focus on what you can control right now, rather than worrying about the future.

8. Practice mindfulness - take a meditation class or experience a sound lounge or sound bath.

9. Exercise - exercise has been proven to improves mood!

10. Seek out professional help if you need it. There’s no shame in reaching out for support when you’re struggling.
