A small bonfire, fire pit, or cauldron-safe fire bowl
Dried herbs (rosemary, lavender, & mugwort)
A yellow or orange candle

Write an intention or goal for the second half of the year (e.g., courage, clarity, healing). Fold it.
Add herbs to the fire, saying: âWith rosemary for clarity, Lavender for peace, Mugwort to guide dreamsâI welcome your gifts, sun of fire and flame.â
Burn your paper in the fire (or fire-safe dish), visualizing your intention being carried into the ether with the smoke.
Close with thanks: âSolstice sun, your fire is mine. I honor your strength, your rhythm, your time.â
