Spell: “The Womb of Renewal”
Purpose: Restore personal energy, shield from draining influences, and awaken inner vitality.
You’ll need:
A white or golden candle (for purity and energy)
A small bowl of water (to cleanse and flow)
A piece of clear quartz or amethyst (for energy amplification and protection)
Optional: a feather or soft cloth (to “brush away” exhaustion)
Instructions:
Prepare your space:Sit comfortably, light the candle, and place the bowl of water in front of you. Take three deep breaths, imagining your body filling with golden light on the inhale and releasing all fatigue on the exhale.
Call your energy:Hold the crystal in your hands and say aloud:“Energy of earth, sky, and flame,Return to me what drains away.Restore my power, ignite my light,Fill me with strength and gentle might.”
Water cleansing:Dip your fingers lightly in the water and sprinkle a few drops over your shoulders and crown of your head. Visualize all tired, heavy energy being washed away, flowing down into the earth to be transformed.
Feather or cloth brushing:If using, lightly brush the feather or cloth around your aura—over your head, shoulders, and hands—while envisioning any lingering exhaustion dissolving into light particles that fade away.
Seal the spell:Hold the crystal over your heart and say:“I am renewed. I am whole. My energy is mine.”Let the candle burn for a while (safely) as you meditate, or snuff it out when ready. Keep the crystal with you as a talisman for ongoing energy support.
Optional reinforcement:Each morning for the next three days, hold your crystal, breathe deeply, and repeat the affirmation:“My energy flows. I am renewed. I shine bright.”
✨ Tip: To prevent energy drain, combine this with a short grounding ritual—walking barefoot outside, hugging a tree, or visualizing roots into the earth.
