A Reflection on 2025
2025 was a whirlwind! Like, the kind that lifts you off your feet, spins you in circles until your head spins and then out of nowhere… gently sets you back down. But, in that process I became changed.
Changed for the better I believe!
2025 was the year we moved not only our home, but my heart’s work.
Mystic Market found its way into a dream space that my husband, Duane and I had imagined for as long as we’ve been together. About 25 years!
Watching that vision finally take form felt like witnessing magick become matter. It was so surreal to SEE and FEEL this dream – like physically SEE it and physically walk the grounds. This was no longer a dream, this was my new reality. I asked my husband to pinch me several times since…and we have been living here since June 2026.
This year also overflowed with moments that matter most.
The time with my grandchildren, Jackson and Nora — laughter, curiosity, the reminder of how sacred the present moment truly is. To watch them, and then get to experience how they see the world…that is nothing short of magick in and of itself.
As a momma of three boys….my pride swells as I watched my sons continue to grow into themselves.
Casey (My youngest) and his wife, Maddie bravely building a new life in Texas (they moved in October of 2025) — this was bittersweet, but rooted in deep pride. Maddie, my daughter-in-law stepping into a huge promotion. Casey coming out of his shell and becoming more himself every day. The foundation they are creating is strong, intentional, and beautiful. It makes me SO proud to see them fourish!
Jared, my middle son, the one that is like me through and through…He, has been drawing since inside my womb! lol. I’ve always encouraged it…he even at one point had drawings all over his bedroom wall. People use to judge me, and say, “How could you let him do that to his walls?!”
My reply was simple…”It’s giving him a creative outlet and we can always paint over it, right? So WTF not?!” lol.
This year those artist skills came through for him! His big break! He brought stories to life with his art, illustrating a children’s book called Sunset Scares! This was co-written by Oliver Robins (he is the little boy in the original movie Poltergist) and Dustin Warburton.
My son is the one with glasses on.

Jacob, my eldest son….that boy has been cooking since he was 4. He would always pull up a chair to the counter and help his momma cook dinner. Every night without fail.
He continues to thrive as a chef, fully in his element, crafting nourishment and passion into his career. He works for a fancy steakhouse here in New Hampshire.
My husband, Duane and I feel stronger than ever. This year taught us how to live in the now — to choose each other, to savor what is real, and to release the need for outside approval. We are living for love, for presence, for the quiet knowing that this moment is enough. We are slowing down to smell the roses!
And of course, my business - the one I built from the ground up 2 years ago…within the walls of Mystic Market, something truly special has taken root.
A community built on connection, healing, and authenticity. New bonds formed. New friendships ignited — glowing, steady, alive. I am deeply proud of what has been created here and profoundly grateful for every soul who has crossed its threshold.
2025 was movement, growth, courage, and becoming….becoming authentically me! My spiritual practice has grown…has become an integral part of my everyday life. Everything I do is with intention. With conscious choice. With integrity.
I welcome what comes next with an open heart and steady faith.
