Somatic stretching focuses on mindful, intentional movements that retrain your muscles and nervous system to let go of chronic holding patterns—helping you move with greater ease and less pain. Benefits include: 🌿 Improved flexibility and range of motion 🌿 Reduced muscle stiffness and joint discomfort 🌿 Stress relief and nervous system regulation 🌿 Greater body awareness and connection In each session, we’ll guide you through slow, flowing stretches combined with breathwork and relaxation techniques. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more attuned to your body’s natural rhythm. Whether you’re looking to release long-held tension, improve posture, or simply create a pocket of deep rest in your day, these sessions offer a safe and nurturing space for your healing journey. Laurie is a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified in Somatic Movements. Package of (4) 60 minute somatic stretching sessions $280 (You save $20!) Sessions do not roll over. You must use them within a month. One to Two sessions per week is recommended. Somatic Stretching is typically practice daily, even if for a short period of time to release muscle tension and improve body awareness. Mind/Body connection!
