Five Points of Peace is a private healing ritual designed for close friends & family. You receive ear seeding and 1 hour guided meditation with sound healing. This is a private event and not open to the public. From 2-8 people. Through the gentle placement of the five pressure points in the ear and the soothing resonance of crystal and metal sound bowls, the nervous system is invited into deep rest. This shared experience supports emotional balance, connection, and collective exhale—allowing peace to move through the body, together. It may be particularly beneficial for individuals managing: Stress or emotional overwhelm Anxiety, depression, or PTSD Insomnia and other sleep challenges Sugar cravings, withdrawal or addiction recovery ADHD or difficulty focusing Physical ailments such as aches and chronic pain Ear Seeding opens the door to a more relaxed, centered self, supporting challenges across various aspects of life.
