Karen O'Donnell is a nurse who specializes in Functional Medicine Nursing, getting to the root cause of illness and helping to empower women to listen to their bodies and make easy, natural shifts to align with more health in their bodies. Stress reduction tools are a important part of the journey that she has created for her clients.

Using EFT (or Tapping) AND meditation together, she is able to help people address and release issues that cause anxiety and stress in their mind AND bodies.

The EFT is used to bring awareness to the issue/ fear or limiting belief, then the meditation allows for the mind to truly let it go so that it is not an event that keeps retriggering a stress response.
