An hour long experience starts with calm sounds and a guided meditation to facilitate a relaxed atmosphere. The soundscape will build in volume and intensity and may include chimes and rattles, tongue drum, gong, voice, singing bowls, and didgeridoo. (min 4 people - max 15 people)

About the event
This experience is different every time you attend! A lot of the sounds you hear will come intuitively to the practitioners!
Enjoy this hour long experience which starts with calm sounds and a guided meditation to facilitate a relaxed atmosphere. The soundscape will build in volume and intensity and may include chimes and rattles, tongue drum, gong, voice, singing bowls, and didgeridoo. As the sounds come back down in intensity, we will use another guided meditation to help bring you back into yourself.
When the sound bath has ended you'll be invited to stay, talk, and enjoy some tea and coffee.
