About the event
An hour long experience starts with calm sounds and a guided meditation to facilitate a relaxed atmosphere. Â The soundscape will build in volume and intensity and may include chimes and rattles, tongue drum, gong, voice, singing bowls, and didgeridoo. Â As the sounds come back down in intensity, we will use another guided meditation to help bring you back into yourself.

Together We Heal: A Sacred Arts Collective was formed with the intention to offer deeply transformational experiences by exhibiting and blending the world of sacred arts and every day self-healing by working with a combination of artists, musicians and healers.
Your Practitioners:
Hannah Banana is a full spectrum live artist from Southern NH with a strong focus and purpose to spread the power of positivity through the art of raising vibrations. Â Â Â Hannah Banana currently provides a range of creative offerings in the sacred arts bracket, including visual and graphic arts, flow and fire spinning, intentional sound bath journeys and personal affirmation work. Â Â Â Hannah Banana recently began organizing and creating a manifestation a few years in the making by forming Together We Heal: A Sacred Arts Collective. Through this collective, she intends to offer deeply transformational experiences by exhibiting and blending the world of sacred arts and every day self-healing by working with a combination of artists, musicians and healers. Â Â Â Banana intends to do this by offering a combination of flow & movement, visual arts and sacred sound bath journeys. Each experience with Hannah Banana is unique, as she works all parts of daily life into her artistic practice. Â Â Â Hannah Banana lives in southern NH with her twin daughters and partner Bobby. She enjoys long walks in the forest, a creamy cup of coffee and of course, she enjoys bananas.
Heather McCormack transplanted from Perdido Key, FL to the Monadnock Region of NH in 2003. Â She has always had an interest in art and music and a love of performance. Â She has been slowly transitioning her mindset towards using her gifts to help others heal and reconnect with self. Â She currently works with crystal bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, gongs, flute, didgeridoo, and voice. Â She is also involved with flow and fire arts using the leviwand and dragon staff props. Â Together We Heal is the first opportunity she has had to utilize these modalities in the service of others. Â Heather also has a "normal" job as a packaging technician for GraniteLeaf Cannabis. Â She is honored to have so many outlets to help others, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
