About the event
An hour long experience starts with calm sounds and a guided meditation to facilitate a relaxed atmosphere. The soundscape will build in volume and intensity and may include chimes and rattles, tongue drum, gong, voice, singing bowls, and didgeridoo. As the sounds come back down in intensity, we will use another guided meditation to help bring you back into yourself.
There is no charge for this event! However, we will be accepting monetary donations during this event. Every penny raised for this event will support and help Second Chance Animal Rescue of Puerto Rico, a dog rescue that I hold in the highest regard.
