Each portion of the class focuses on a different chakra—inviting you to ground, flow, ignite your inner power, open your heart, express your truth, trust your intuition, and connect to something greater.
This is not about choreography or performance.
This is about presence.
You’ll be guided through gentle, accessible movement designed for all bodies and all levels—whether you’re new to energy work or deeply connected to your practice. Movements can be done standing or seated, allowing you to explore your energy in a way that feels safe and aligned for you.
