Over three weeks, we will weave mindfulness with gentle ritual, everyday magick, and embodied awareness. Participants will learn how to ground into the moment, work with their breath and senses, observe thoughts without judgment, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves and the world around them. Each day invites a small, intentional practice—something you can return to again and again long after the challenge ends.
